Refunds & returns policy
● Returns – Returns must be started 30 days from receipt of goods and dispatched to us
within 14 days of a return request approval. If more than 30 days have elapsed since receipt of goods or the goods are not dispatched to us within 14 days of an approved
return, then the item is ineligible for return.
● To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
● Order cancellation – You can cancel any order within 12 hours from purchase.
● If you wish to cancel your order after the 12-hour window has passed, we will refund the amount minus the cost of the finished product we have made for you, which constitutes 30-40% of the order’s total value.
Items exempt from returns. Custom steering wheels and fabrics are ineligible for return.Soft close doors kits, headlights or taillights with obvious signs of use are also ineligible
for return.
● Sale items – Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale only and cannot be refunded.
● Exchanges – We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please visit our returns center and request an item
exchange.
● Gifts – If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
● If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he
will find out about your return.
● International returns are the customer’s responsibility – If you are returning an item from a country other than the USA you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and using shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund until an item has been received and inspected.
● Shipping fees are included in refunds where there is a mistake with the order but otherwise are not included
